Tools shipping machine-readable skills that teach AI agents to operate them. herder's NPX installer asks which agents you use and symlinks per-agent skill files (Claude, Cursor, OpenClaw...) so an agent can open panes, run tests, or manage workspaces itself — demoed by telling Claude "make a new pane in Herder" and watching it comply. Same pattern as omarchy shipping skills that teach any agent to build OS extensions (malleable-computer). The tool's docs become executable capability.
