Session per worktree

Give each git worktree (and the agent working in it) its own tmux session instead of a window, so the session manager you already use doubles as the agent switcher.

workmux does this with --mode session (or mode: session in config). omer-hamerman calls it the biggest workflow change workmux brought him: his session manager sessionx, or its rival sesh, previews the worktree sessions workmux launched, and he jumps in without opening workmux's sidebar or dashboard. Each session can carry extra panes or windows, for example a test window that runs make.
